Speaker of the House

As an ideal and honest Speaker, he had established certain fundamental rules and procedures in the parliamentary proceedings, without being politically biased and irrespective of undue interference and pressure. He would firmly believe in the independence and indifference of the Central Legislative Assembly. As the Speaker of the House, he would take unbiased, efficient and courageous decisions without coming under the impression or pressure of the British Rule.
